Seeds oh so many seeds

We have really thrown ourselves into growing our own vege patch, so much so that here is a photo of all our lovely seeds we will soon be growing.  We plan to sow in trays at the start of February and ready to plant out in March, we know its not the idealistc time to start as usually its better to start in Spring, but we just wana get stuck in :-)  We plan to put in a green crop of Alfalfa when a veg bed is not in use, sow the seeds an turn it within a month - otherwise the roots go toooo deep and it becomes back backing business to turn over eeeek! Trail an error I think.  We also bought two cloches hope this comes in handy when the wet season comes - usually in August.

Oh about 2 months ago now I saw an advertisement about worm farms an it got me thinking........
First I researched it on the Internet and found soooo many websites covering this topic but I couldn't refine the search to our home town which peeved me off alittle.  So I emailed our local environmental earthly group called "Environmental solutionz" and they had just got some worm farm kits in ready for a christmas sale :-) I thought to myself this is meant to be yipppppy
So after I talked Chris onto my side stating that the worm castings are like a golden compost he was all for it :-)  So that same day we purchased a worm farm kit, they are all happy and munching away, it should take roughly about 4-6months to get our first lot of golden compost - just in time for when planting our seedlings into our new garden.  Oh an we have around 2000 worms and they breed just by touching WOW! so the more food the more worms :-)  Here are some photos :-)
